Key Responsibilities
- Client retention and relationship management
- Present contract renewal proposals and renew service contracts
- Present inspections reports and equipment deficiencies
- Work closely with client to ensure compliance
- Advocate on client’s behalf with Operations team to ensure satisfaction
- Manage portfolio of accounts
- Develop rapport and earn trust to establish long-term partnerships
- Negotiate in the best interests of both parties
- Hit retention targets
Experience you bring
- Customer service focused experience in a B2B environment preferred
- Experience in fire protection or mechanical/electrical contracting a definite asset
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle and execute on multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills
- Proven track record of managing 2 million+ of business revenue year after year
